Welcome to Tadly! By working with us—whether as a brand or a content creator—you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
We connect brands with vetted content creators to produce user-generated content (UGC) for marketing purposes. Deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are agreed upon per project.
2. Payments & Refunds
All payments are due upfront or as agreed in writing. Refunds are not available. We reserve the right to withhold content until full payment is received.
3. Ownership & Usage Rights
Unless otherwise agreed:
Creators retain ownership of their original content.
Brands have the option to receive a license to use the content for marketing purposes (organic or paid).
Content may not be resold or used outside the agreed scope.
4. Code of Conduct
We expect respectful communication from all parties. We reserve the right to remove creators or clients from our network for misconduct, non-payment, or breach of agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to delays, loss of revenue, or creator performance outside our control.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
